2023 Intermediate/Advanced Summer Clinic Sessions:

Our 2 times a week training sessions run for 4 weeks. These 2 hour sessions are great way for players to continue to develop their knowledge and understanding of the game along with learning new positions and skills. Our two times a week training sessions are ran by club coaches who will incorporate individual skill training along with game like situational drills to allow players to continue to develop their Volleyball IQ during the summer sessions.
New this year: Each of our 5 Sessions will have its own unique theme to go along with what the emphasis will be in that clinic. Players will learn all skills in each session but will use the skill being worked on in game like situations at the end of each session.

Session Four:
BVA - Been There, DUG That!
BVA Session 4 will be dedicated to ball control, defense and serve receive passing as well as a review of all skills learned in Sessions 1, 2 & 3.

Session Five:
BVA - Mind SET
BVA Session 5 will be dedicated to the GAME. Girls will be put through game like drills and situations that will prepare them for their club seasons.
